2124_gloss_black-gold_shadeThe New Year is here, 2015! Lighting trends are getting exciting. You will see exciting trends using new materials, new finishes, and new ideas that you have never seen before.

Industrial Chic will get even more industrial in 2015. Using metal parts and pieces, scrapes of metal, and recycled glass. Industrial chains that are also decorative, pipes, and brand markings on the light fixtures.

Pulling a vintage reclaimed vibe, or maybe this is an industrial antique restored. Watch for brands like Currey & Co., Crystorama, Troy Lighting.

31RB9mASUqLAmerican Made is gaining an edge. American made brands are not only interesting and different, but they are well crafted and often semi customizable, or totally customizable. American Made Brands often offer a reasonable lead time for the quality your receive, and are timeless designs.

Check out brands like Hubbardton Forge, Fine Art Lamps, Framburg.

Bling is still hot in 2015! The ladies are still loving the bling, bling. Crystal has come a long way since your grandmother’s vintage chandelier, and your mother’s vintage acrylic 80’s abomination! Swarovski Lighting has many innovative European designs that look like hanging pieces of art.

50065-1Gold is still on the rise in 2015. People, don’t be afraid of gold. It is back and it is exciting and wonderful! Poor gold! The industry has been trying to bring gold back for almost 8 years now. It is finally grabbing some very stylish people’s attention. Mix it with black, bronze, or even the right shade with silver/gold tones. It is not the cheap brass that outfitted so many new construction homes in the 80’s, 90’, and early 2000’s. This is new.  It’s beautiful.  It is exciting!

Hi- Tech-LED is still moving forward in 2015. Not only in under and over the cabinet lighting, recessed cans, and landscape lighting, but decorative fixtures.
