A visit to M&M World – Las Vegas
Our visit to the Hospitality Show a few months back was not all work. (Actually it was 100% fun, but who’s keeping score?)
We had never been to M&M’s World, located on the strip next to the MGM Grand Hotel. These little “melt in your mouth, not in your hand” candies are part of history. Named after Forrest Mars, Sr., & Bruce Murrie, son of the president of Hershey Chocolate, M&Ms originated in Newark, New Jersey, in 1941. They are available in 22 colors and are sold in 100 countries.
The M&M colorful logos can be found on everything imaginable located on 4 floors permeated with the smell of chocolate. Imagine that.
